Anyone ever have a problem ordering from them? I ordered an amp kit and lots of extra 8gauge wires for my install. I ordered it on ebay, along with like 7 other items on Feb. 16. I received every other item last Thursday/Friday (and some were from east coast).

Now I have all my RCAs/remote turn on run, my edead finished, my box wired.....

I ordered my amp last friday so it will be here tomorrow. I will have EVERYTHING except my knukonceptz wires through knukonceptz.com's ebay account (which I thought would arrive first so I could pre-install it!!!!!!!!!!).

I have e-mailed 2-3 times, and called twice, but they close so freakin' early (4pm est, 1pm my time). No replies to email, and can't get a hold of them. I just want a tracking number for my UPS shipment.

I am already pretty burnt about this, going to be absolutely ____ed tomorrow when I have everything I need except my 4 gauge power wire.............................

Anyone ever have similar problems with them? Or maybe I just need someone to /caress me while I wait impatiently..........

 

I've never had a problem w/ Knu...other than my stupid spam filter killing my tracking info.

no problems with them for me. i got there 1/0 gauge and it rocked.

 

Guess I will try and call again today. I e-mailed them last friday and yesterday with no replies, and I have yet to receive any tracking numbers. Paid on Feb. 16, it's now Mar. 1.......

 

so I go to the post office with my tracking number

they "check" and say its not there

so im like look.... they said they shipped it insured on the 17th, WTF, tracking says its here wtf!

so she "checks" again a magically finds it

but it's over 5 pounds so she can't lift it, so it takes 15 minutes to find someone that can rofl


I HATE THE POST OFFICE, but knukonceptz is off the hook The guy was pretty cool haha
