Default major help immediately

OK, I'm working on the Gauge cluster... I have two leds not working, i'm only have 4 on, and two of them do not work. I've tested each one of them and the first three worked, and now the two highlighted do not work... could you give me a few guidelines?

Push on them.

More than likely you either A) didn't get them totally soldered on, B) have them backwards
