in those pics it looks like it matches the finish of the dash pretty well. does it in person?

davedavetc, what did you use to paint your dash?, did you sand everything before you painted it?

thanks man i acutally used black primer, and a LITTLE bit of clear. and yea i sanded everything down... there is sandpaper that says "before primer" on it, thats what i used, at the store i baught it from it was yellow, i think its 600 grit or somthing like that.

 

Just finished my dash today. Thanks to my man davedave for helping me out with everything. I literally called him like.. every 5 minutes.






yes my interior is dirty. i haven't gotten around to cleaning it yet.

they literally just pull right out, same with the defrost vents.

well geez, looks like I'm no help. great minds think alike I guess! well, just for the sake of thinking of something you didn't, has anyone ever tried to paint their antenna?? that might be sick!

(don't even tell me you did! it was my idea!)

 

lol he didnt do it, but i did it a while ago when i had the cheap metal antenna im not even lying, i painted it black and grey, then i got the s2000 antenna because that one sucked.

 

I dunno why everyone likes the S2k antenna so much. It looks like a walkie-talkie antenna. Even my brother who drives an S2k hates the S2k antenna, and has a thin metal one on his car instead!

 

lol, i like the s2000 a lot more then the stock antenna and the one i had before that.

 

i love my s2000 antenna too. and i can't wait for my rims to finish. im realling liking my new interior trim now. =)
