Well, I took long enough! But I got a few snaps. The amp rack looks so much better now.

I'm gonna go ahead and sneak this picture in. They look so good when they're clean.

The map lights still dim without the alternator cranking (the headlights are now fine), but once you get going there's no problem until you turn it WAY up, but in that range you're already clipping, so it works in the practical range of listening. I recommend it. It'll cost you $10-30 and an hour of your time AT THE MOST. The hardest part of this for me was drilling a new chassis connection, as the stock one looked thin and flimsy.

Honestly I had 1800watts of power in my tC then I sold it but I would bump my system sooo loud and it never dimmed anything nor did it clip. I had JL Subs and stock speakers. I had a 4 channel amp on the speakers and they sounded so nice. I dont know why your stuff dimmed or clipped.

Anybody can clip their system easily, but it's not audible to us. As for why you didn't have dimming, I have no idea. In my car it'd probably stall if 1800 watts of bass hit without the larger wiring in there. Maybe I need a better ground.

you have covers for these so they "disappear" or do you leave them out so every one can see?

Here is my system, just installed it this morning, the factory sub just did'nt cut it anymore so a grabbed all my stereo equipment from my old car and bought a new amp and borrowed a sub lol....System contains: Stinger 0 Gauge Kit(overkill for this amp but its the only thing i had), Alpine RCA Converter(from old amp MRD-501's), RF RCA's, JL Audio H.O. Wedge Box(came with JL W6, but it was blown, I know right lol), Kenwood 10"(borrowed until i order a new one), Pioneer 760 watt Amplifier.

I recommend anyone running 0 Gauge to go throught center console for ease of install. My box kept hitting the hatch so i removed the floor(styro-foam) and put the spare and jack tools behind the box. I like the floor how its sunken, just different...it looks clean to because the factory floor cover fits right all the way down so you can't see the exposed metal floor.

L brackets or something?
