I will be hooking up my PS2 slim along with all my other stuff next weekend. For those of you that have done this in their glovebox's, can I see pictures and share any tips and tricks you might have. I need to cut an opening somewhere in the back of the glove box to run the wires so my main concern is how should I do it? Any simple mounting tips? Thanks!

 

u dont really need to cut a hole. theres an opening big enough to run the wires on top of the glove box. how will u be powering the slim?

 

I'm powering it with the adapter that plugs into the cig lighter.

 

i would get one of the amps that converts the power, and hide that somehere and wire it to the back of your cig lighter, it would like much cleaner

 

amp converters dont work for the slim beign that the slim requires only 8.5 volts. from what im search, i couldnt find a car converter than can handle as low as 9 volts. but i just dropped mine in the glove and ran the wires upwards.

 

dakine what did you use? and do you think a reg ps2 would fit in the glove box? or would i be better off throwin that under the passengers seat?
