If you get one 4ohm sub, it'll get 800 watts with the amp bridged. If you get one 8ohm sub, it'll get 400 watts with the amp bridged... 2 4ohm subs can get 200 each with the amp in stereo, 2 8ohm subs can get 800 total with the amp bridged or 100 each with the amp in stereo... 4 4ohm subs can get 200 each by wiring each pair in parallel and running the amp in stereo... it all depends on what you want... If I were you, I'd look for a single 12" that'll handle 800 watts... make sure it's either single 4ohm VC or dual 2ohm VC so you can get a 4ohm mono load and allow your amp to push 800x1@4ohm

I guess your right tC_guy. I'll get one 12" dual voice coal @ 2 omh's and brige it to my amp. I'm learning so i know i'm a sound noob. I unserstood all until the ohm's part kicked in, that threw me off. I' understanding it a little more so thanks.

I found a KICKER S12L7 2006 SUBWOOFER for a great price. It runs at 750 rms so that should be plenty for a tC.
