Steering wheel lock?
Well I just got in my car to take it out the garage and it wouldn't start i tried and tried then I realized the wheel wouldn't give for poop
so my Mom came out and she just turned the wheel and it snapped like two times the the car started when she put the key in.
So does this thing have like a steering wheel lock for anti theft?

every car has a steering wheel lock...Happy 16th birthday.
You put the key in and turn it while moving around the steering wheel to get it to release and then it will let you start the car. The steering wheel only locks if you try to turn it without the car being on. Every car does this (at least that I know of)

Man i remember when I first found out about the steering lock in my dads car. I was backin outa the driveway with-out the key in the car (My dads cars a manual too) I tried turning out and the steering wheel locked. Man did I get scared. I thought I broke the car
first time i found out about the steering lock was when i climbed into my dads car and started palying aroudn then the wheel locked and stoped turning. i ran climbed back in the passenger seat and sat quietly untill he discovered that then i denied it all ..lol good times.

I encountered the lock the first day I got the car. Then my friend moved the wiggled the wheel, and it eventually worked.
Now I know that you just have to move the wheel left (or right) until it doesn't move anymore and then the key should work fine

After you take the key out... just try to the turn the wheel until it "clicks." then its locked
But I guess its technically locked if you take out the key or move it to the LOCK position... moving it just must trigger the lock mechanism or whatever.
