Seriously, just 3.
And it's $40 a gallon through forum discount, and no shipping on the 6500s, what I PM'd you were totals ;)
3 gallons of V3, about $140ish shipped.

my 10w6 bumps like never before! I have it powered with 500/1 and it sounds clean... I also have my CDT compns powered with 300/2 and they get some crisp mids and highs!
so rethink that. They might be pricey, but your getting what you paid for!!!!
Sorry to step on your toes, just got back from a SQ competition where JL got it's lunch handed to it in just about every category....The 10w6 is the best sub they make, but for the money, you could have a better sounding sub, maybe not louder, but better sounding...you do get a nice warranty with their stuff, but sound quality is just not there. You gotta here the SI mags...www.stereointegrity.com

Yeah at the sound quality meet we went to the SI mags crushed the JL in overall sound quality, plus they were almost 2dB louder in the same enclosure with the same amount of power...ARGG!! People thing that JL is the best there is but it's just not..I would get defensive too if I thought I bought the best, paid A LOT for it and then someone said otherwise...I don't want to make anyone mad, I like being friendly :-)
those SI's look killer. Im sure they made JL pee in their pants. But i still love my 10w6. I was gonna go with the 8w7 but that needed a bigger box than the w6. So yea....sounds great tho!!!

Anyone have these or heard about them.
I am thinking about these to put in the back speakers. Could someone tell me what I need to connect the speakers to the stock head unit and to an AMP. like recommended wires (specific brand names too) Thanks.
I do not want a subwoofer because I do not want to spend the money on a box, amp, capacitor, and lose the trunk space...... so I want to get like a nice rear speaker. In the front, I will have the MB quart psd-216. (components) And I will power all speakers with a JL 300/4.

those aren't bad but u can do better. honestly you don't need a rear fill and don't need a 300/4.
u can get a set of comps and a nine.2 for pretty cheap and with the extra 300 bucks u'll save off the 300/4 get a sub and an amp. lol u want a sub u just don't know it yet

i have the 300/4 (which I paid $200) already, and i have those psd-216 ($120), I was wondering if those pce-164 (3-way 6.5) any good I dont want to lose my trunk space. Its crucial that i have that space at all times. (for my shoes..hehe thats another story)
