well, the "C12" indicates it's a Kicker Comp 12" sub... I looked up that information and they'll handle 150RMS each...
I still need to know the amps model number to see how you need to wire it.

another quick question. if i am keeping the stock headunit. can i get a line out converter from ED or am i better off going to another store and buying one? and which one do i need for my 2 amps
ahh that sucks. then yeah just get a LOC from eD. if you have any questions click the live support button on the top of eD's site and they'd be glad to help you out. i'm not very good with LOC's because i've never used one.
There are some LOC's that do 4 channels (for one 4 channel amp or 2 2channel amps).... just look for 2 sets of RCA output on the LOC or do as Ben stated and get on eD's live chat - they'll get you lined out.
You hook the biggest, longest cable to your battery via one of the supplied ring terminals, cut the cable within 18" of your battery connection, install fuse holder at that spot, run the remainder of the cable back to the back to the distribution block where you hook the cable that's thinner than the power cable to the dist. block and run it to your amp... then run your ground to a grounding spot, run RCA's to HU along with remote wire to HU, then speaker wire to subs / speakers.... put fuse into fuse holder by the battery and fire it up...
If you've got 2 dist blocks, then one is for ground and one is for power... There should be 2 pieces of 4ga wire (or 0ga if you got the 0ga kit).... one will go to the battery and the shorter will go to the ground spot.... then distribution block to the amps with the smaller gauge wire...
generally, blue or red is for power and black or silver is for ground....
generally, blue or red is for power and black or silver is for ground....
The ground 4ga only needs to go to a spot of bare metal (no paint or anything - BARE metal) and get bolted in.... the 8ga power and ground should reach from the dist block to the amps just fine...
