so what do i do..run like 2 feet of 4 guage form the battery to a ground...and then groung the other 3ft in the trunk with the dist block and run the 8guage to the 2 amps? or does the ground wire from the battery need to be connnected to the amps?
The battery already has a ground wire going to the chassis.... all you have to do is connect to a bare metal spot (on the chassis) so the ground signal can travel from your amp, through the chassis, and to the negative battery terminal - thus making the complete circuit...
Just connect the 4ga ground to a bare metal spot, connect the other end to a distribution block, and run the 2 8ga grounds to the negative terminal on the amps...

oh so i dont have to fround the battery...
where is a good grounding spot in the trunk? how hards is it to wire it all by urself? im paying to get a box made i dont really want to pay for wiring to

If it's your first time, I'd probably get someone who has done it before to help - but it's not that bad....
I think I had my tC amps grounded to a bolt under the backseat - just hit the spot with a dremel to grind off some paint then attached the ring terminals to there...
