heres a tip for u morons: if you need 2 or more 12" or 15" subs, you are doing something wrong. .....or the subs just suck. heck, i had two 12" SONY XPLOD subs back when i first started out, and they would play WAY louder than i could ever stand. 2 15's???? what a waste of money and power.

no, i never said i ran a DD sub in my car. we had a 15" Digital designs sub in a big ported box that we had in the shop, we hooked it up and it pounded for blocks. we then loaded it into a GMC jimmy, and again, it pounded.

Most of my buds on there are around my age or older, have kids, houses, many cars and are into the hobby in general & compete. We do not call names and try to talk e-trash to distract from the actual point of a conversation. I feel sorry for any club that takes you in, to many cool guys in Texas for you to muck it up for them. By the way, your 9851 is a featurless basic headunit, you actually posted as if you were proud of it. Alpine makes stellar headunits, but your's was not one of them. Should have purchased a 7998, 9835, 9855 or even a 9887. Last 9851 went for around $50.00 on ebay.

You also are way mislead, if you think just because your peice of crap subs have an aluminum cone, that they are equal in engineering to an eclipse sub which has a similar looking cone. Apples to oranges man. Your so far off it hurts laughing.

eD may have gotten popular on SL b/c of mandos. but audiobahn has only gotten popular by their chrome plated, attention getting designs, and craptacular speakers. now which is more respectable? great PR or subs that "look cool". and apparently as mentioned above, you think that you think yours are the best because yours look cool. so i guess my all black eD is inferior to your shiny and heavy audiobahn cause yours looks cooler.
