i heard many subs at the scion car shows.. and 1 guy had rockford.. since than i want to get rockford.. that was the best single sub SO FAR!!!! and its not even that expensive..

 

wow i usually don't get into these discussions because most of it seams like a ____ing match but i have a few points i would like to make. 1. Their are allot of subs out their that are really good and bad the trick is to listen to as many of them as u can and then decide if u wont good sq or spl saying one brand is bad is usually just a appion not a fact now that dos not mean their isn't any bad brand because there is. 2. if u decided wich one you wanted good sq or spl then choosing an amp will be a little easier if u want good sq than choose an amp that will over power your sub because the more u turn the gain up on an amp the more distortion it will perduce and in spl you want is as loud as possible with out blowing the sub well thats my appion i hope it helped

youre right. it is a ____ing match. People like to bash audiobahn for some reason, maybe its too flashy or marketed to hard. Idk, i don't feel the need to bash other brands (even ones that i've owned)...maybe i'm just secure enough with my brand.

to those who would like to knock audiobahn---do u really think i would be sitting up here LYING to a bunch of people who i don't know and don't care about and don't care about your opinions of me?? WHy? why would i do that?

it ____es me off that a person WITH experience in car audio offers an unbiased opinion, and gets trashed by a bunch of kids who've used maybe 2 brands in their lives and think that these 2 brands are the be-all of car audio.

to reiterate the quoted thread, there are MANY different brands that make nice products. OBviously, the base model audiobahn subs aren't too great, as are base models from other brands, including JL an RE, etc...

i don't put down other brands, all i do is tell the truth about a brand i recommend. Why do others feel the need the put down brands they don't run?

How can you have any type of real experience in car audio and be preaching about Audiobahn? I am not trying to hate on anybody but Audiobahn is the Jessica Simpson of car audio... it may be nice to look at but you don't wanna listen to it.
