seriosuly guys, im not tryin to bash anyone or start arguments...
but its a damn rattle...isnt there better things that you can worry about...?

I think the rattles have to do with suspension upgrades like stated above and the road conditions within your area. My 06 28,000 miles now doesnt rattle everytime i see these threads i drive around the next day with the music off to see if i can hear anything and i never do..of course im not lowered yet..have trd springs waiting in my room till it gets warmer..then i might hear some rattles. Also another thing to consider is people "think" there car has more rattles then it actually does because they see these threads day in and day out..just a thought.

I think that's dead on, every time I read one of these threads I constantly mute my stereo whenever I go over a pothole or on some rough road waiting to hear a rattle. But had I not just been thinking about it you wouldn't even notice it generally I think.

Sure some people have them pretty bad but I think for the most part the cars are built pretty solidly.

I have an 08 and it's rattling pretty bad somewhere on the rear driver's side..maybe in the hatch..i don't know..I am going to have someone drive my car and I'm going to lay back there and pinpoint where it's coming from because it's driving me nuts. If I can't solve it..I'm goin to the dealer...gotta love the warranty ;)

I drove my tC on a rocky, bumpy as hell dirt road through the mountains one time. Pretty scary when you are lowered and have low-profile tires. The scariest part was listening to the roof creaking and groaning.

 

my moonroof/sunroof thingy rattles every time i hit a bump or something when it's open

 

i have 5000 on my 08 and the only thing that rattle is the fuse box cover? I think thats what it is.

 

My moonroof / sunroof just started rattling when its popped up.....

 

08 6k miles.. Only license plate cover rattling so far, just being to lazy to fix it yet =p
