this is a perfect of example of why if someone is doing something wrong you should make them pay for it, never swirve out of the way ENOUGH to let em get off with out a scratch. ____ that.

If i was the tc drive, i would hit the other driver head on.

The board is probably so they can get the tow hook off the bottom of the car. If the tires were flat and the suspension shot, the car would sit on the frame with the hook under the car. The board gives room to reach your hand under there.

Just my guess tho.
