I was cleaning my tC yesterday when i noticed a bird poop stain. I thought nothing of it, as iam wiping the devils goo of my fender i notice that the paint stayed blurry in that spot. Almost like theres still some stuff there. No mattter how much i wipe and clean and scrub it wont come out. Its hardly noticable but bothers me alot. Does anyone know any way to remove it? Any help would be highly appreciated.
wash the car....use some detailing clay on it.....then use some paint cleaner(applies like wax)..then some paint polish(also applies like wax)...then some wax(applies like wax...?)...that should take care of it......

Thats the way to go.
If that doesn't work, your clear coat may have been damaged.
Let us know if you resolve the problem.
^^^ yeah it can hurt......all wax does is form a protective coating......you need to use a cleaner and polish every time before you wax.....washing alone does not remove old wax...you must use a cleaner to remove all build up and then a polish to remove swirl marks and fine scratches....then the wax to try to keep the swirl marks and fine scratches from coming back......

don't most kwality waxes have some sort of cleaner built into them??
I was always told that if you see oxidized paint on your rag (when applying/removing wax), the wax is removing (i.e cleaning) damaged paint.

The only way I know of to get rid of the stain is to take it to a detail shop and have them use a high speed buffing wheel. I had some scratches that they removed with the wheel for $10, so Im sure it will remove the stains. I just washed, clayed, glazed and waxed my car and have a compound in an attempt at removing it. A few bucks and 4 1/2 hours later and there is still a stain. The best thing to do is keep a good coat of wax on your car and keep some Meguiars quick detail spray in your car with a microfiber towel for such occassions. Its when bird $hit is baked for a while in the sun that it really does the damage.
