Quick question, does anyone know of a way to remove the buzzer from our cars? I find it annoying Toyota thinks that I am too stupid to know when I turn my car on or open my door with the key inside still.

well, YOU may not be too stupid, but some people might.

in any case, check the tC FAQ. i know you can undo the seatbelt one.

 

I have and I know you can undo the seatbelt one, which is nice but I'm talking about the entire thing...


PS I know for a fact some people are that stupid and it's really really sad...

just playin there should be a relay that you could take out that would remove the "buzzing" altogether....on the tc i dont know which one it is but it should be where all the other relays and fuses are under the steering wheel

 

I was thinking the same thing but I have no idea where to find that sort of information.

 

i just yanked those suckers out on some friends' cars that don't want them anymore
