Sorry to hear your having problems. I dont see why you are mad tho. They are warrantying it and giving you a car to put miles on. Does it really matter what the car is? I see people getting mad because they arent givin a lowner car, but getting mad because you dont like the loaner car is just nit-picky to me. Hope its fixed, but be glad its getting fixed and realize they dont use ferraris for loaner cars.

I Love FREE RENTALS, the Less miles on your car the Better off you are.

Trust Me, You will understand one day.

Dont' get me wrong. I'm not mad. I love free. Free rentals, or anything else. Free is always good. I just want the tC back leak free. How long does it take to manufacture one little seal. But anyway. Yes I am driving a Corolla. Gas does go a lot farther in a Corolla. I don't think this one will last 200,000 miles. Not anymore. I think maybe I'll take it to the mall parking garage tomorrow... See if I can catch some air... Just kidding. I'm not that bad. I'll keep everyone posted. Hopefully I get it back early next week, if not sooner.

If they are doing warranty work and keeping the car overnight to do the work or get the parts, maintaining their dealership depends on their following their contract, which requires them to provide a vehicle to you while they have your car.

Call Scion corporate if they are the least bit reluctant to do so.

Call the Scion Customer Experience at 1.866.70.SCION.

Good information, you should try calling the the dealership and speak to the service manager straight and if needed the owner of the dealership, and TELL HIM YOU WILL BE DOING THIS and be nice about it and tell him how long you have been waiting.

BTW make sure they don't throw you a bill for the rental and make sure you and the manager has noted that. A Toyota dealership near my house was caught doing that and got sued heavily class action style. (for any locals that might know this it was South Bay Toyota)

Good luck!
