Default Door Lock Actuator?

Does anybody have any idea how to replace the door lock Actuator? toyota wants 290 dollars for them to do it and I really don't want to have to pay that.

I think my actuator just went at about 100k miles on my 06. I get power to the windows, and the button unlocks all other locks. It seems to work every so often now, but normally it wont. Have to use the key or push it open/closed.

Does anyone know how involved it is to replace. I didnt have much time as it got dark, but I can easily pull the door panel off.
