Default E-Brake help

Hey guys. Sorry if this may have been posted before. If so, could you please give me the link?

My ebrake has to be pulled quite high to hold really well. It won't be a big deal if my car was an auto, but it's a stick and when I park on a hill, I'm afraid it might ghostride.

Where is the adjustment for the cable? I'd like to tighten it so that it only goes like 4 or 5 notches to fully engage.

Thanks bro, I appreciate it.

Btw, this may sound like a noob question but I don't care.

When we step on the brake pedal, does the rear disc also engage? Or only the front gets used?

When you pull on the ebrake, does it use the disc/pad or the shoe drum?
Thanks.

The discs are for the brake pedal, the drum is for the E-brake.
BTW: don't adjust by the E-brake cable, adjust the shoes in the drum.
