E-brake light turns on during mild to heavy acceleration?

E-brake light turns on during mild to heavy acceleration?
As the topic states, I recently noticed that my E-brake turns on for maybe 1-3 when I go from a stop/near stop to anything higher than 1/3 gas. It turns off soon there-after and I feel no drag on the car. It's sort of like a "traction" control light that turns on in some cars during heavier than normal acceleration. Im just wondering if anyone else has this problem before I go to the dealer and have them check it out.
And YES the e-brake lever is all the way down.
