Default EFI fuse

I have a scion tc 2005, it does have cold air intake and an aftermarket exhaust, other than that all stock. Now, I did buy my car used but it looks like it was well taken car of before I got it. Also, this is the first time this has ever happened, but the EFI fuse (number 14) blew, actually it looks like it started to melt, so was curious if maybe I have a bad fuse or should I be looking for something that caused this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and a side note, I do have a K&N air filter, that I just cleaned and I do not know if maybe I applied to much oil to the filter could anyway possible cause something like this.
