Electrical problem 07tc


I can't post stuff yet cause I'm a newbie but I need help with electrical
No start /turns / ac/ radio/ turn signals / sunroof/ changed alternator and ground sparked cause belt was half way on so I decided to connect battery and turn key to get belt on completely I forgot to connect the ground and had a spark. Help plz anyone

 

your best bet is to start by checking all your fused in car under dash and under the hood might have shorted one some where in car and blew it.
