in CA- for small claims court- you can't have the other party pay your legal fees. We got sued years ago, went to small claims court, lady that sued us wanted us to pay her legal fees in addition to what she was suing us for and judge told her not allowed to include the legal fees in her demand.

 

well thats just for the bumper cost thats not including if there is any damage behind the bumper. And im out of cash just paid a grip on propety taxes, im so sad. my insurance calle dme today and said he will run the plates to see who really is the owner of the car and that he will give me the info on it. Plus he said that they probably wont pay up cause the guy that hit me was not in the policy.

 

if that happens then sue.
