Default Hatch Shocks

Alright. Ive had my b&g coilovers on the car for about a year now. Theyve been clunking the entire time in the rear (or so i thought.) I read something on here where someone said they had a problem with the hatch shocks making noise. I decided to take them off and drive around to test it. And to my suprise, no clunking. What Im trying to figure out is what i can do about the noise and keep the shocks on? Is there an alternative shock i can use?

I believe they have different shocks for the hatch with a pedestal spoiler, but I'm not sure if that will help. You might just need to tighten the bolts holding on the shocks...

Yeah there are different shocks for peopel with pedestal spoilers. I actually had to go get the stronger one because the stock ones kept making the hatch fall on my head.
