hey guys...i jus bought myself a pair of new headlights..but i was wondering..wut is that other little bulb under the lowbeam one..ive never seen one like that..should i change that also?

 

They are most likely parking lights (don't have a tC). You should change them if you got different color headlight bulbs (blue, white..etc)...

 

if it's the bulbs I'm thinking they are.... yes, it's part of the parking lights

 

Don't have a tC either, but my Cavalier had this...

It could be the Daytime Running Lamps, though I don't know if the tC has that feature or not.

 

nope, doesn't have those... does have the auto shut-off, though if you leave the headlights on, take the key out and open the door. They automatically turn back on when you start the car again.

Sal803, the bulbs you were refering to..... if you looked at your lowbeams as a clock, the bulbs are at 6 o'clock, right? If so, that's part of the parking light system. I'll see if I can find a pic, because I don't have my tC at the moment.

 

I believe they are supposed to be like daytime running lights. They turn on with your parking lights.
