wow, that's nothing compared to the carnage the tech did to my wheels while installing my springs.

still sucks though.

ya thanks, oh and anyone curios to how the dealership thing went with my rims?!?! wellll......the put the new ones on and somehow manage to scratch them too!!!! im sooooo PO'd right now! i noticed it b4 i even left the lot, and i made the magager who was helping me with my problem come out and look at em! he was like" idk what more you want me to do, these things happen, and i told u that it would happen over time, i allready gave u a curtisy by replacing them idk what you want me to do" and then he proceeded to tell me he could work a "deal" with me on my back bumper incident!, and now im woundering, he prolly gave me the discount on the tire i needed to replace (oh ya forgot to mention....got in another accident 2 days after the first one! sum bit*h cut me off, well started to come into my car with her blinker on, and then when she got in fronna me slammmmmmmmmed on her breaks for no damn reason, so i switched lanes to avoid hitting her, welp switched into a lane where some idiot bit*h was just STOPED sitting there....in the middle of the lane wit no hazards on nothin!!! so to avoid her, i swrived up onto the curb and ran over a bus stop sign!~!!!! which took a chunk outa my tire, meessed up my rim(which i was guna get replaced anyways) and i have this huge long scratch/dent on my front bumper, i missed the headlight by like 3 inches...thank god! so im assumin the guy gave me a deal on my tire cuz he knows the rims were still scratched, and there was no way of avoiding it, and then told me hed work with me on when i go to get my bumpers fixed! my question is, if there isnt a way to avoid scratching by the lug nut area, then how come i bought my freakin car with no scratches in that area on all rims!!!???? plus, its not scratched near every lug nut, just like 2 on each rim, so apparently, there are ways to "avoid "it ,otherwise itd be on every1 of em!

Ya lol, i wish....to bad its a stick though!i dont really know how to drive stick, he tried teachin me a few times, but i was so nervous i was gunna screw up his car, that i kept stallin out! a friend showed me once on his civic and i did fine, but i know u have to drive it frequently to get the hang of it! well the dealer wants to fix my bumpers, but told me they couldnt do anything else for screwin up my rims the first and second time! (which is why i told them i wont bring it there for my tire rotations anymore, which i usually never do, it was just more convienent, and that i just learned the hard way to just have my dad do it, cuz hes actually careful and gives a damn bouth other ppls property!)

And by the way, male drivers are worse.

very true its only some! granted i havent had the best of luck the past few days, but the accidents werent my fault! and yes, men drivers are known to be worse, esp by how the swirv in and outa lanes, cuttin ppl off, riddin on ur a$$ so if u were to break for a mila second theyd rear end you! thats why there insruance rates are higher! cuz they tend to be more careless!

Girl, i work for toyota and this is what you need to do. You need to call the front desk of your dealership and ask for the Customer Relations Manager. Once you get in touch with him/her then your life will be easier. I am in the CR dept here and just reading your story I know that we would have done something to help you out as far as the scratched rims went. So hopefully if the CRM you talk to is a good one he/she will do their part in making sure that you get taken care of and are ultimately happy with everything.
Take care hun!

WOW...

First off, and I'm not trying to be rude, you need to slow down and use some proper spelling, grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation when you type. Your posts read like one giant run-on sentence.

Secondly, two accidents in the same week your fault or not is not usually just a giant coincidence. If I were you I would just slow down in general and be more cautious and attentive to what I was doing while driving my car. It just sounds like you're letting each situation spill into the next which is making you more and more upset.

Just sit down take a deep breath and handle each one of these situations independently, they will all be resolved. Also, like GlamourDolly said Toyota will take care of the wheel situation... they HAVE TO. There is no reason for a single scratch to be on your rims what-so-ever. If the CRM doesn't help you out (which in reality they probably will) Toyota has a national customer service hotline that you can contact as well, either way they'll be replaced (again) and put on properly.

Sorry if I'm coming off as an a.ss... that's not how I intended for this post to be. Everything will work out it just takes a little time and patience.

You're welcome hun! And if the CRM there doesn't take care of you (some of them are soooo jaded they dont want to help to their fullest extent.) as NickRS2tC said, there is infact a national hotline that we refer our customers to that we are unable to help. I will give you the number in a PM so that my company doesn't get me for legalities. Either way if you have any other questions feel free to PM me with them. I'll be glad to help out!!
