whats interesting is aRucard is stock and he has it too. but i'll have to wait until the next "warm" day to see if it is the sway bushings.

stock sway bar wouldn't do it. it could also be the suspension. cold air during winter doesn't agree to much with gas struts.

I developed this problem after I installed my lowering springs.

Note: This was from my car *shrugs* But that metal piece kept scraping the metal around it.
If you take off the rear side panels from the interior of the car you would be able to find it.

could you exactly tell me where to put grease or a picture would be great... because i have the same EXACT sound also. i created a thread a few months ago regarding this problem, but everyone just told me that it was the cold temperatures.

The sway bar will have 2 bushings more toward the middle of the car. each on is held by 2 bolts. you'll have to remove the bolts and the metal bracket holding it up. under the bracket is a rubber bushing, which is removable. i took it off, and sprayed a little bit on the inside of the bushing and a little on the bar itself, and replaced everything. you wont need to remove the sway bar if you dont want. wish i had a pic for you....
