Lol yeaa i've had my tc for about 4 months now and man is my shifting terrible..Sometimes i get good shifts sometimes i don't..For some reason when im in the city i shift pretty smooth, but when i'm on the highway on the way home from work and i meet the traffic i can't shift for some reason..Getting off the first gear is hard for me during traffic for some reason..but when i use to own my eclipse i never had a problem shifting, always smooth..maybe i just need to get use to the tc clutch..

check out this thread......my method is the last response.....it still works great, took like a few secs do to it......honeslty...before this trick i came up with,i always forgot to push the clutch to the floor and you know what happens when you dont do that......my last car, clutch was in the same position as i have my tc clutch now, also i fix my throttle delay also.....throttle is right there,no need to press half way to get the car moving any more...feels like a real car now hehehe

I shift fairly well in my car. I got a Doc I short shifter so shifts are short. Every once and a while I completely am not thinking and I miss a shift. I drive my car like I stole it so I could care less about passengers.Take da bus if yu don't want a dash imprint on you forehead.lol

oh dude totally. Especially in weather under 40 degrees (for me). But once the car gets nice and hot it starts to smooth out.

Usually when you get that jerk while driving is because you're shifting while the RPMs are still rising fairly quickly. Shift when it your needle levels out.

true, but 1st gear is so short that i usually shift at 4k rpm. I call tc seller BS when they said they never rev the tc over 3000rmp.

well,i did pretty good today, even though it was like 20 degrees outside, its weird that i something forget 3rd gear is right by 1st,i sometime go little more over then i should and dont get a smooth shift, once i hit a good 3rd gear, smooth one,all my other shifts are nice,if i dont get a good 3rd gear shift i do crappy..clutch to the floor, goona have to fix this,i saw some kind of fix for the delay....

i've also been struggling with shifting smoothly as of late on my 07 bsp. like mentioned before the engagement point of the clutch seems to change from day to day and at times it feels like i don't know how to drive stick i've been driving manual for 10 years. it has gotten more and more annoying that i have to change the spot where i clutch and then shift. 61K on the car
