Oh man I thought I was the only one! I drive an old 1991-92 jeep cherokee. It is the definition of crappy. Manual windows, manual locks, broken ac (heater works), primitive brakes, and the mileage of a car with a leaking gas tank. The speedometer only goes up to 85. It's almost summer, and it is an oven when sitting in the sun for a few hours. My tC is gonna come in a week!! It'll be a huge change for sure.
LOLOLOL I ha no power anything in my awesome green cavilier! Ok I have power sterring and power brakes lol. NO a/c unit at all.. about 129k miles. It actually runs great and is in decent shape .. but I need those amenities.. as weel ___ the hotness factor lol.

I'm in Fort Myers florida and i still owe 9,600 dollars on my civic now. but by the time i go to trade it in for a scion. I SHOULD be down to a lower balance,...maybe like 8,800 dollars or something. i wanted to put down like 2000 dollars or so. yeah, my credit score is 654 and i'm hoping to get a great deal. i know what my civic is worth. it comes in as "GOOD". and the trade in value is 10,200 or so. maybe just about 10,000 even to be on the safe side. but thats what it's comming up too. so what do you think?

be prepared to take 10-20 percent less than blue book if you trade your civic in. if you're looking to get blue book or close to it, you should probably sell your car privately.

Just got my NB tC yesterday. I love it. Really nice car plus it helps that my dad is fleet/inventory manager at the dealership. I got ground effects and spoiler.

Here come the mods....

Glad to join the Scion community

Well I just got back from the dealership. Traded in my 2005 Civic VP for a brand new 2006 SW Tc. Just from the drive home I was in heaven. Improvement on the civic in every aspect possible.

our payments are 263, but we did put 4,000 down up front.
Curious how you got your payments to be 263 if your "out the door" price was 19350 - 4,000 down = 15350 financed at 6.15%.

Was this for 72 months?

it is for 72 months. and i actually made a typo... turns out we put 3000 down (i forgot that my wife had adjusted the loan at one point. we originally were looking at the honda fit for a cheaper price... but we changed our minds and she changed the numbers )

3 weeks worth of waiting:

Originally wanted black. Realized black has no class. Went with white. Best change of mind I've ever had.

Just in time for the Houston Scion Expo.

i just wanted to know how much that car was total for you and what your monthly payments are....you guys don't mind being in debt with over 18 or 19,000 dollars?

is a scion tc worth all that money? just curious, not hating or anything. just wanna know what YOU guys and girls think.

Hello, im planning on buying a Scion tC salvaged and fixing it up . I plan on doing this just because they can be fixed up to look like brand new and you can get low miles and do all of this for around $6000.

I know the general manager of Champion Toyota in Houston. Tax, title, etc it came out to be 19. Dropped 8 on it which brought me to 11. The only options I got were small, but I'll be going back for a lip spoiler (wings are for the loose).

IMO black is hella easy to work with, just about anything you do is cake and 'works'. White, on the other hand, is a lot more complicated because you've got the black accents and you have to work with it.

My plan is to go with full white rims (haven't found any i like) and I need to find a shop that can put white limo tint on the windows. Once that's done I'll start on the custom graphics. I'm a minimalist so the design won't be anything crazy like gigantic flames and the ever popular tribal. ____ that noise.
