Well after i sold my last tc(also salvage but it was a roll over) i went to some auction place where my dad likes going to get cars(he rebuilds them) i went and saw an 09 tc that was jacked up from the front end. It looked preety bad but it didnt look like it was too much damage to work with. But this was that it looked like it touched the motor but it was only like 2 inches from it. so i rebuild it(hood, bumper, radiator, fenders, and a couple of other small things) and bam! i have a "like-new" tc!

I'll make you a deal. I'll give you $50 to cover shipping, and send them to me and i'll fish out the bulb for you?

Then after i'm done i'll send you my headlights in return. :D

Really though the double sided tape on a stick will work best. Get like a wood dowel or something and throw a square of 3m adhesive tape on the end. Then tip the light till the bulb is a straight shot from the hole in the light and stab it. Done.

i had a similar problem.. i used a coat hanger and tape... long story short, the tape fell off and is stuck to the inside of my headlight lens. its the clear scotch tape.

so i have clear tape stuck to the inside of my headlight lense... and its stuck on there pretty hard. any ideas? (trying to prevent baking my lamp)

be careful what you put in your headlight.. coat hangers, screwdrivers, etc. could possibly scratch the housing
oh, and also.. if you use gum or tape, be sure not to let it scuff the inside of the lens
