I installed an Injen CAI today rehooked the negative battery terminal and now my sunroof will not open. Also the passenger window will not open from driver side control. Is there a computer reset or something?

 

REad the manual or search around here... re-initialize the windows

On topic; it sounds like you need to reset a few things.

 

yeah just reset it. not like it was necessary for me to say that because everyone above me said that with an exception of mr. monopoly up there

 

When you disconnect the battery, it erases some of your settings. Your car must then re learn a few features. You must re-initialize the sunroof and the pass window; happens to me every time I disconnect the battery.
