haha, u'll see my setup once i get em on on friday. hopefully i can get the tires mounted that day too. and i think ima sell those 25mm spacers. they wont fit my setup anymre cuz i dont wanna run 0 offset. im gonna try the 8m in the rears and get a 3 or 5mm to put in the front.

So I got pulled over today. for not having a front license plate. Whack. Got a fixit ticket for it. Then the officer was telling me my car was too low. I just gave him BS saying that since I'm back on stock wheels temporarily, it looks a lot lower than normal. haha. But the worse part about it was when he asked for my insurance, I couldn't find it. So he wrote me up for a fixit ticket for the plates AND a no proof of insurance. Even though
I DO have insurance. I just couldn't find it. I'm gonna go to CHP tomorrow to have them sign off my plates, but does anyone know if I can bring my insurance there also and have them sign it off there?

For no proof of insurance u just mail in a copy of your card with the ticket and like a ten dollar check. Atleast that's how it is in Florida. Cali may be diff fine but still same procedure

It's not like your hurting anyone driving around slammed. The front plate is kinda understandable, but still isn't a good enough reason to be pulled over.
Oh well that's Cali. haha

Just take it when you go to CHP and if they don't sign off the insurance you can either go to the court and show them and pay like $10-$15 bucks or just email the ticket with proof of insurance and then mail them a money order/ check with the amount after the ticked being signed off, ur probably looking at like paying $40 cause I paid around the same thing for the same issues
I really like the stp 1s... so if these guys are right, thats a dope choice. The other 2 dudes on here rockin them pull them off nicely. They totally look better in 18's, but I agree I like the idea of 17's better. Im sure the new setup will be nice.

yeah, im surprised i didnt need to put spacers up front. a few ppl have said that it hits the brake calipers, but apparently not mine. its like a millimeter away, so it barely clears it. thats for the fronts.
now for the rears, i defly didnt need spacers, but when i put it in q/o them, it looked sunken into my fender. i didnt realize how much roll/pull ive done in the rears. haha. so i put in my 8mm back there.
but the thing is, i frikken had the 25mm ichiba bolt on spacers. when i was removing it, the stud just broke off of it. and i barely even torqued it down before. so i might email the company if i can find an email address.
