just installed my megan racing short shifter. drove around the block, it was pretty chill. i like it. tehe

 

as soon as i opened the box for the coils, i removed the bottom perch and set it to the lowest. haha

 

small updates:

had some dive n surf stickers laying around


my tires are pretty bald, i know


decided to clean my engine bay and throw back on my engine cover


and i realized my tire was eating up my air filter


so i decided to ziptie the pipe away from the wheel.



i sent those pics to raceland, hopefully they'll give me a replacement

i turned my Raceland into a short ram with some extra intercooler piping my buddy had. that way i didn't have to cut the secondary pipe that came with it.

the two front tires are actually from SoCal's old setup. ive reused them cuz they still had some life in em. so i guess theyre like over a year or something. im gonna swap em out maybe after a thousand miles or something. or maybe my next oil change. haha

how mush are the RS1 lips normally? cuz if i were to get the lip for you, id have to ship it. wont the shipping be kinda high cuz the box would be pretty big?.... but then again, it'll be really lightweight. if you give me the money, i'd be glad to get it for ya homie.

i emailed raceland about it. the said they'll give me a whole new intake for free. they asked me to return the old intake, but ill probably just keep it. so then i can cut one of the pipes to use as an SRI and keep the other as a CAI. SMART!!! haha

My reason for asking is you said you could get em for like $70 or something so with shipping that'd be like $100 less than normal so it sounds like a good deal. I'm still mulling some other options but I wondered if you still had access to that.

 

yeah, i still have access to it. the shop is over in l.a. its quite a drive, so if youre really serious about buying it, i can go get one for ya. and you can paypal me.
