what do you guys think i should go for? 215/35/17 or 205/40/17 for the fronts. keep in mind, my rims are 10" wide

 

If you do 205's do 205/45's. Idk what it is with 35 series tires but I had a 215/35 debead off a 9.5 and Mark had a 225/35 debead off a 10.

And all the troll does is make an ___ of himself, haha.

 

Will a 205/40 even fit? Id say 215/35 myself, because I would be pretty sketched out with a 205/40 on a 10.

Obvious you like function cause that's all you talk about maybe you should make your own thread about function so you can get your nut. NOT laid, but laid out. and i mean knocked out cold AF. or who knows, maybe you already have and this is your way of getting back. cuz ur always crying like a lil baby ALWAYS complaining to other people about how much more knowledgeable you are than other people. honestly, who cares dude. since day one, youve been telling people that whatever we (the stanced community) have to say is wrong and you're always the one to "correct" us. you always say that no one cares what we have to say. did you ever think about if anyone every EVER cared what you said? quite frankly, EVERYONE in my build thread have nothing but nice things to say to me and i am blessed that they all like my car. you say that im just a person in this forum who stays on my thread and doesnt help anyone else in the community buy say "sweet dude!" idk if you've read all the pages of my thread but everything i've done to my car, ive always shown how i did it. everytime someone asks me how to do things, i tell them. everytime someone asks me a question weather its a comment on my thread or a PM, i ALWAYS answer. ask anyone in this forum. i answer to 100% of my PMs and questions. ive helped people that ive met, helped installed suspension to over 10 tCs in this forum, installed camber bolts, installed kits, rolled/pulled fenders for people that ask me to. i openly give my cell phone number to people who ask for it cuz they text me on the regular asking for advice. i even posted TWO threads saying i can do installs for cheap. but i ended up doing them for free. ask the people ive helped and you'll see. you're the only one in here crying like such a baby all the time. you always tell us to look at the big picture, but what about you? stop being such a closed minded person. open up mind dude. take a huge step back and realllly look at this whole situation. you're honestly the only dude in here who's against stance. for me, i dont really care that you're against it. if you are, i welcome you to go to another thread and say whats up to the people you're more comfortable with. i can only imagine you sitting there in front of your computer reading all of this and thinking of something witty, funny, evil, mean, or whatever back to me and the rest of us. you should try and surround yourself with people that have the same interest as you. if you hate me, theres nothing i can do about it. i dont really care what people think about me and my hobbies. as for me, i dont hate you. i dont hate anyone. i just dont like the fact that you barge into my thread thinking you own the place. idk what you want from me and the rest of us. do you want us to remove all our mods from our cars and go stock? do you want us to go performance? i dont think thats ever gonna happen cuz everyone is different and has different interests than yourself. maybe you want me to tell you that you win? cuz if thats the case then ill say it. you win! im sorry that i've done wrong things to my car and that you were right this whole time. ill do whatever it takes for you stop hassling me and my friends. i just dont appreciate you telling me that i dont do anything for the forum community. like for example, you go into the raceland/rokkor coilover threads and bug people about ow they're not legit coils. if you dont have them or you dont lieke them, i dont understand why you would even click on the link. maybe to look at pictures to compare with other brands, but i dont see why you have to go in there and say stuff like, "buy legit coils." how would you feel if i walked in your house and saw a table thats obviously from ikea. i would never tell you, "dude, you're dumb and stupid for buying ikea stuff. buy the same stuff as me so i can feel better about myself." i guess i just dont get your whole reasoning for these things your doing. maybe you just get a kick out of bothering people. idk about you, but when i see things like what you say to me, it gets me down. i had an awesome day today. got to hang with some friends, had some in n out, and i come home to your comment and it ruins my day just seeing it. maybe you are laughing at what im saying but once you get the taste of your own medicine, you're not gonna be the hot shot anyone.

if you think that my thread/car/interests/hobby is crap, then why dont you just stay away from my thread. dont waste your time in here man. im gonna do you a favor and give you advice. you dont have to follow it, but i highly suggest you do. you should go out and do things your own way and not care about what others say about you. trust me dude, you'll be a much happier person.

 

110% agree with everything you said. If you dont like what some people do, then dont post. If I want to put 20's on my tC and paint it a throwup green color, thats the way I want my tC to look. The whole point of our car is for it to be customized to what we want. Spicy, if you like your height, all the power to you. Some of us like the lowered look and feel, pushing your opinions down our throat isnt going to change the car community.

Anyway, wanted to thank you Jeremy. You've answered all my questions sometimes to great lengths, just wanted to thank you. Any future plans for your tC?

 

well, as for now, im planning on getting a 35 series for my fronts. im tired of my fenders buckling and i dont wanna have to raise the height. once i get the 35 series, ill get new fenders, hopefully in fm already. if not, ill have to paint it myself. pretty much just need to do a lot of cleaning up since my car looks kinda beat. im really debating if i should get that flush mount kaminari spoiler. but we'll see. and im liking my wheels for now. maybe ill actually keep these for more than a few months. but then again, thats what i always say for each set up i have. haha.

 

Keep doing your thing dude, all you do is help people on here... Your tc is mad dope, but why someone would keep hating instead of clicking on the x in the corner beats me dude, some people are bored i guess.
