dont forget to notify the Better Business Bureau, find the owners name and run a slander campaign putting bad reviews on every internet site you can find...

that way when someone has a strange idea they want to go with that shop and does "ANY" Research they will think twice about going there. and word of mouth is as good as a noose for a career.

just a great way to make him really pay for screwing you over...i tanked a stealership this way.

Hey everyone just an update. It looks like now they wana settle out for around $60k. What do you guys think. Should I take the money and run or should I just wait it out and stick through the case? Can't decide what to do and I need to give an answer by this Thursday and these guys don't help lol.

If it's truly an easy win as your lawyer says, I'd wait it out for sure, an extra $40,000 is well worth the wait imo...

I'd consider how much longer you want this to go on for. Sounds like its been several years and if you get your money back and then some, this might not be a bad idea.

But, your lawyer probably also gets a cut of that too, no doubt.

I dunno, I'd say hold out, but I dont know if my patience personally could go 3 years without a resolution.
