Did you do the painting yourself or did you have somebody else do it? It looks nice. Very retro color. They need to bring back colors like those. Cars nowadays are so bland in colors except for basic red, blue, and yellow. I love going to car shows and seeing everyone's custom colors.

aw man...

i was gonna sell mine a little while ago but money issues stopped me. i know im going to miss it when i do. i wish i could keep it and have another car but i just cant afford two cars and i want to get a rwd.

but i know im still going to miss my tc :[

I had it painted by a buddy of my uncle's. I was 16 when all this happened. At that time I did what I could, but paint and the interior were left to the pros.
The color is Dark Bright Teal - which is a color GM used on full size trucks back in the early 90s. Back then people were falling all over themselves to see it. Teal has fallen out of favor in the last 10 years or so. But I love it.

Either way, that Impala looks absolutely gorgeous. Sad to see the tC go though.

Yeah I couldn't imagine selling my tC. My husband and I pretty much decided that we're going to keep in the family and when we have kids sell his truck and buy a "family vehicle". Then he gets to drive the sports car... and I'm stuck with the SUV... boo! I'm thinking about making him a stay-at-home dad
