ok so i finally tried to adjust the beams on the headlights, i read the diy and moved it up with a 8mm socket wrench, they dont seem to move up higher, i have HIDs and am lowered so they arnt as high as before, there is something like a cutoff line but it wont move up, it just gives more glare, ahhh!, someone help

park along side a wall and see how the beam is. You'll obviously be blinding people if its like this...



i couldnt find another "correct" beam shot but you get the idea. Yours should be pointed down a bit and not even with the wall. Im not too sure if it will help since its a halogen and not a projector like in the pic. hope you get what i mean?

 

i have the same glare on the sides as before but now there is alot in the headlight beam

i don't know what your looking for?, but i added a hid kit and wanted to position mine down because it was SO bright, and someone high beamed me..i just moved that screw thing to adjust them..you have to move it alot to notice a difference..i did

 

get about 5ft and aim it against a wall, start reversing slowly. If you see the beam start to rise then its being aimed high. Lower it and do it again untill its going lower a bit.
