Be careful when the roads are bad, and don't swerve to hit animals. It's pretty simple, it may be a gut reaction to swerve but if you cause that much motion fast enough it doesn't matter what kind of car you have, you are going to wipe out. Kill the animal and save your life is what you should do in your instance.

exactly dont go blaming SCION becuase you swirved and spun out.... i understand it was to avoid something but we are not driving formula 1 cars here. accidents happen and thats why there is insuranec. im glad your both ok, good luck with your claim, but dont blame a car company for an animal being in the road

Did you even read the part of the post about the ABS locking up? It wasnt just swerving to avoid an animal. Go re-read the original post, and stop so blindly defending scion when you werent the one behind the wheel that night. Even the best of manufacterers will produce a few defects.

He posted this months ago. If it was truly a defect then there would have been a recall.

Hate to break it to you but they dont do recalls for 1 accident report. If that were the case all car companies would go bankrupt. Its probably just his car that had bad breaks. I wasnt implying that its all of scion tCs. My point is you dont know because you werent there. So saying its drivers error is just retarded.
