Default question on the rear suspension of the scion tc 06

im putting the tein stech springs on my vanessa and i would like to know if any one knows if the back chamber is adjustable and will it adjust to the drop of the stech springs. i herd the back is adjustable but i would like to know from my fellow scion lovers

The OEM struts are not adjustable in any way.

And just FYI, if you're doing the install yourself, the rears can be a total PITA depending on the tools you have available.

I think he's talking about camber, not the struts. The rear camber is adjustable.

Oh.. I missed the "chamber" part of it.

It is adjustable... but with an alignment. I don't think there's an easy way (that I know of) for us to adjust it. But it should align fine when it's lowered - and if they try to tell you that you need a camber kit, you need to go to a different shop b/c they don't know what they're talking about.

If your concerned about your rear camber after the install, you might want to consider a pair of Hotchkis Rear Adjustable Camber Links.

These were shipped to me by mistake when I ordered a pair on Hotchkis sway bars, in retrospect I should have bought them also at the time.
