The silver trim around the front grille... how can i go about removing that? ive seen it done on here. tried searching, but ive gotten nothing. i know someone can help, thank you in advance to everyone!

 

you unscrew it off..
easy if you pop off the grille first and work from there

it looks ugly without it... i hope you plan on painting it or something.

haha no worres i've double posted a few times in my days.

the grill does look kinda silly when you remove the "chrome" piece. If you can find a flat black/grey spray paint or other type of paint that matches the grill color. Paint it that color and then put it back on. It looks ten times better.

and if all else fails, there are some good replacement grills on ebay...like the one i have
