Default Removing drivers seat

I have gravel stuck in the tracks of my drivers seat, resulting in my seat not being able to roll along the tracks. Anyone know of a DIY on how to disassemble a driver's seat? Tried searching, but no luck.

Here's the story on how it happened for all of you who asked yourself, "How the hell did he manage to do that?!?!?"

I bought a 20lb bag of black gravel for my fish tank and placed it in the passenger's seat. I got home, parked, and pulled up my e-brakes like i always do. I got out of my car, leaned back in the car to reach for the bag of gravel. As I lifted the bag back to me, it got caught on the e-brakes, ripped a hole in the bag and gravel is everywhere. It fell in the crack between the driver's seat and the console. To make matters worse, the gravel is black and so is the TC's interior, talk about tough to pick the rocks out.

Yea....smooth move huh.

So, any help on removing the driver's seat?

wow, this really helps out alot. Hopefully I'll be able to move the seat far back enough to get to the two bolts in the front.
