Default confirm?

Hi all,

I just got an R3 over the weekend and the noise is really bothering me.
Can anyone confirm that this solution will fix the problem on multiple cars?

thanks.

On multiple cars? I'm fairly certain that it will only fix the problem on one car at a time; the one you actually take the piece off of.

there shouldnt be any reason to confirm anything. its a piece of rubber take it off, drive the car and see if it works. if not replace it. no need for 8 responses to "is this really it" or "can you confirm before i do it". you're not replacing a fender.

mechanically inclined meter 1/10 (must be able to start car)

difficulty level = unbelievably easy (even a caveman can do it)

The dealership I went to fixed my problem. In my case, they had to reseal the molding for my fron windshield.

No need to apologize if English isn't your native tounge. I hear it's a rather tough language to learn, and with all of our exceptions to general rules, I don't doubt it one bit. hell, just reading through the forums you'll see loads of native speakers that have no clue.

My 07 started doing after I took in to have them clean and lube the sunroof tracks since dirt built up in there....now it whistles when the car body gets hot and I go about 65-70mph....right above the drivers head towards the windshield, it drives me insane and the radio can't even drown it out.

Ok I just got mine back from the dealership today for this problem. They were going to replace the windshield molding but when they took it for a test drive they said they found that the sunroof motor was out of synch. It was stopping before it was suppose to so it wasn't sealing fully. So they redid the timing on it and they claim it supposedly stopped. Im gonna test if the next few days and make sure and will update if I remember ;)

Does it have anything todo with the splashgaurds or front kit? I had aftermarket lights installed and the noise went away.

sounds like a wind splitter under the hood might do wonders here
