There's really not much to see, they basically removed the noisy hood seal.

so they dealer fix is the same as the fix mentioned in this post? i already removed the rubber strip and it made the noise go away, but im just trying to see if i should have the dealer "fix" it so i can put that reubber seal back.

Had mine fixed, nd the noise is completly gone. Dealer fix is the same as the fix shown in he begining of the post. not worth going to the dealer as it takes then hours to do it when you can do it yourself in 10 min.

well Sat i went and had this done or so i thought. When I got my car back and took it for a test drive is still had the sound. I poped the hood to check and they forgot to remove the rubber seal but they put the new clips in. All i can say is some people need to read all 3 pages and not just the first 2.

Default mine also...

I have same experience.
After I went the dealership. It made that noise still..
So I checked the rubber, It was still installed..

They Just changed the Clips....
Didn't eliminate the rubber...

Tell them before you fix this issue, "please read 3 Page of TSB" ....

Stupid..!!
