RS 3.0: WIND NOISE FIXED

I rellay don't understand how Scion Company Dosen't realize this matter yet.
I believe it must be reason of recall.
If I install TRD intake, is this wind sound eliminated ???
Recalls involve issues with safety. Until this noise is the cause of parts being ripped off the car during normal driving b/c wind catches them and rips them off, then Scion is not going to do a recall. More likely a TSB
I bought my rs 3.0 in June and since then I have been working with the dealer every week to fix the problem.
I now have a new windshield with all new molding, a new sunroof with all new molding.
The noise is still there.
I also have a wind splitter under the front lip.
Finally yesterday my dealer told me the truth.....
The front grill insert in the RS3.0 was designed wrong. The grill causes the wind noise.
Toyota has now issued a fix to the problem, its some kind of clamps that spread the wind around the intake. It was just released yesterday. Mine was ordered and should have it put on Monday....cant wait.
You have to go to your dealer and tell them that Toyota put out a fix on Saturday for the problem.
The fix is only for RS3.0
gooooood luck

Thank you a lot !!!!!!
Shawn.
I called Scion Experience about this issue and was told that repair instructions has been issued. Talk to your Toyota service department about Technical Service Bulletin: NV010-07 which addresses the problem. Turned in my car in today to get this fixed... and while it's there, I'm getting it slammed as well ;-)
Here is the official dealer description of the problem and the fix:
"HOOD SEAL MAKING EXCESSIVE NOISE... REMOVED AND REPLACED HOOD SEAL AND CLIPS"
The parts used were:
8 CLIP
1 SEAL, HOOD TO FR
For the life of me, I could not find where they put in the new hood seal as it looked to me like they simply removed the old one. However, I did get to see the parts they used before they were installed and there was a long rubber seal of some kind.

toyota solve this issue with same way.
They just remove the hood to front end panel seal (rubber) ...
I had expected they have special solutions.
Different thing is they replace the Clips instead of original bolts.
