i don't like the rs3's because they are white, so the just don't stand out nearly as well as the other rs series in their bright look at me colors. i mean, come on, off whilte versus superwhite? no big diff.

it is just loaded with subtle differences like the kentyle bumper and grille, tc spec headlights (let me get this straight, i'm paying more for a tc with CHEAPER parts?) the tyc tails are nice. the alcantara seats are cool, but they look like they will get very dirty very quickly. the shift **** is easy enough to change.

the one and only thing on the rs3 that i was is the stealth sub-woofer in the trunk, that is a option that should have been availiable for all tc's because of the limited trunk space.

oh well, nobody is perfect, not even scion, i'll let this one go because i'm happy with my rs zero

^ Cheaper parts? Where?

Let me get this straight, the tC Spec was lower in price because Scion built it cheaper? Hmmm, oooook. I thought it was because they got rid of a lot of options. Thanks for clearing that up, though. It's nice to know that I have cheaper parts on my RS 3.0

The alcantara isn't white, either, and is just like any other type of material when it comes to getting dirty.

It shows if you take care of your car. inside and out.

no, the tc spec was cheaper because of a bunch of minor penny pinching very minor weight saving dealies.

i wasn't saying the whole car was cheaply made, but the rs series are supposed to be premuim models compared to the standard scion counter parts, and i think it is weird that they put the headlights from the stripped down tc spec on the nicer premuim model.

and like i was saying, the rs scions should scream that they are different. it was the whole point nearly, bright reds, yellows, orange and greens and blues, and now...off white? it just kinda looks like a polar white tc with a lip kit, tailights and different grill.

IMO RS1 > RS2 >>> RS3. I would be all up on a new RS1 (I know, I'm more than 2 years late and there's no such thing now)... but not an RS3.

IMO the RS3 are nice. i do not mind trading my SW w/ those RS3... only if i could.
the thought of "limited edition" is noce enough for me. i mean not everyone has the car right? plus i saw someone trying to sell RS2 for $20k. see, it is a pretty good investment.

Well I just got my RS3 on 5/2/07 and love it so far. Don't regret it one bit.

i dont think the colors of the Release Series necessarily have to scream... they just have to be unique.

you have no idea how many SW, FM, etc tCs I see driving around versus the release series. It gets old after a while, I'm glad Scion produced a set amount.

And good, if you don't like the color, then dont buy one. But for us who do, stop bashing it already.
