Default Scion Dealership

So today I decided I hate toyota. I took my car to the dealership on monday to get a free oil change. I picked my car up smelling like oil, and just assumed some idiot spilled some in my car. Today I opened up my hood because my car still smelled like oil, and what do you know the oild cap never got put back on and there was oil all over my engine. THOSE IDIOTS...I have not got a chance to call and b*tch yet since it was after clossing time when I discovered this today.

i work at a toyota dealership and things like this happen all the time. while its not your fault at all, you should always check for scratches, dings, and mistakes that the techs might have made. dont trust the dealership, check for yourself

dont hate toyota, hate dealerships.

toyota = good, toyota dealerships (which are independantly owned) = suxxors.

So what happens if you find something that the dealership messed up after leaving the dealership? I found a gouge in my front bumper =\ and I don't know what to do. Do you think they will own up and fix it or am I going to get charged?

lol, my friend who works at a dealership told me one time that they were changing the oil in a either a camry, and they forgot to put oil back in it after draining it. the guy pulled out and started going down the highway and the engine seized up.

they towed him back to the dealership and put oil in it and it ran fine.

your gonna have to do some fast talking, but they sometimes will take the blame and sometimes will deny it. kinda hard when you cant prove it.

whenever you bring it to a shop or any type of shop like tire shop oil change shop or auto body shop they dont care as long as they get it down except if the shop has a high reputation then it be different thats y u do it yourself if you want to keep taps on your own car thats what i and many of us TC owners would tell others

Desert is alright. 2 months ago, I went in for them to inspect my AC dash unit, since the lights were not working. I found out the next day they had scartched my radio cover. They ordered me a new one, no charge.

Do a walkaround after a service, and make sure everything is in order. Alot easier to aruge this or that, when the car dosent leave the dealership for the damage is found
