Hey wassup. I suggest you fight and win. I recently recieved a ticket for going 95 mph and won easily. I won my case without not even having to step a foot in the court house. I fought my case by mail. Most people dont know that you can fight your ticket by mail. All you have to do is request to fight your case by mail. You then have to plead not guilty and write a bull____ letter why and send it in to the court house. If the arresting officer fails to reply his side of the story to the court house, you win automatically. Trust me, 99.9% of cops are fat and lazy and wont even bother writing up a testimony. Most people also dont know that cops get paid about $200 for just showing up in court. 99.9% of the cases in court where the officers shows up will be in favor to win by the judge. I won my case with this method and owe it all to this website. PLEASE VISIT THIS SITE. www.ticketassassin.com. YOU WILL WIN!!!

I read up at the website you quoted. Wow, this guy seems to know what he is talking about. He really makes some good points. I went ahead and subscribed, so I will let everyone know how it all goes.

I gotta see a photo of this ticket. Im not disbelieving you, but that is pretty hard to believe for one mile over the speed limit.

You should go to prison for at least a year to learn your lesson. That is the worst excuse ever.

Around here (well in Houston) they write tons of '1 over' tickets when it's time to meet their quotas...

Wow isnt there a standard deviation on the radar ie: they pull off 2mph by default due to accuracy of the equipment?

there is supposed to be but it varies state to state....not every car is built the same even if its the same make model engine blah blah in texas they usually give a 5mph grace....unless they saw you speeding before hand than your just screwd..but it also depends on the officer
