well they fixed my radio by giving me a new one. regaurdless to say, the new one is now acting up and having the same problem, and it hasnt even been a month, i just called the guy who helped me at my dealship and left him a message, so we shall see what he has to say when he calls me back!

 

my payer in my 05 is having problems too (music cutting in and out, distortion, and static) though it only happens when i'm playing mp3 discs

 

ya, im playing mp3 dics too, but the funny thing is ive had my car for 8 months now, and ive always played mp3 cd's and up untill the 7th month i had no problems, so now im brining my car in for the 2nd time in under a month for a "faulty" radio, god this is gettin old real quick! seeing as my dealership isnt a hop skip and a jump away lol

 

ok, the guy at my dealership said that its my CD's?!?!?! wtf?!?! he said when im burning them that the volume on the song itself is to high and that i have to change it through my computer??!?! idk kinda seemed like he was just givin me some BS, cuz my bf has an MP3 cd player, and he burnt a CD from my computer the other day and it works fine in his car....idk what to do!!! help!!

 

welcome to my world, i got my tc in sept. and i've had to bring the car in 8 times(so far).....and im still having problems


all i can say is next time ill stick with honda.

the service @ scion/toyota sucks....they dont even return phone calls (fu.ck kearny mesa scion)
