Civic SI, s2000, element, pilot, acura mdx... all the same antenna.

pilot has no antenna. and i had the s2k one- got jacked and now have a element one. element one is thinner and doesnot have that cap at the end of it like the s2k one.

One weekend our club(Scion Fusion) had a poker run where we go to like 5 John Elway dealerships in Denver and pick a card at each one and best hand at the end wins a prize. Well picture about 8 modified Scion xb's and 2 tC's rolling into a Honda dealership. They couldnt find the cards so we ended up being there longer. Some of the people browsing the honda's were looking at us all, and you could hear the honda salemen saying "find the cards and get them outta here".

Hey urban, what part of central cali are you at? Im in fresno.........boring i know
I take my accord in to the dealer and my wife follows me with the Tc, and next thing you know all the people who work there mysteriously come out to see the accord and the Tc..........

its amusing, I took the Tc in yesterday to the dealer to get a replacement stereo because one of the buttons is loose, and I can tell the dont see alot of modded Tc's they get all excited like a bunch of kids with a stripper....

I'm like yup, just picked it up this morning. I go on asking so... what kinda car do you drive? ( I expect him to say an s2k) but he said.. same as you, a Scion tC! he parked next to me and I talked with him for a bit. I was cool!

btw traded my manual for an auto, I'm actually enjoying it more this time

I went to the bank yesterday and a guy looked at my car. I told him it was a Scion. He asked what a Scion was (which I found amusing), and told him it was a sub-brand of Toyota.

Another time my Mom told me that this guys see's a young kid (me) in a blue sports car and the guy thinks that my parents paid for it. This guy thinks that I'm like 16 years old (I'm actually 21) and most people don't believe that I paid for the car.

Strangely, in Nevada, you don't see a lot of tC drivers but you see more xB drivers everywhere. I don't understand it but it's fun looking at people at a red light because you never know what to expect.

Default 2 cents

I to am very please with my scion and enjoy the attention. Twice I was at a red light and the people beside me wound down the window and asked what it was. Mines just a stock FM Tc. I love to tell them it only cost 16,500 and watch there face. Both times they said , no way. One thing nice here in Pittsburgh, PA, there still isn't to many around.

Last year a couple of months after I got my '05 tC, I went to a Honda dealer in Alhambra and parked in front of the sales department with my dad to find a car for him and one of the younger sales reps who helped us kept asking me questions about my car. "How much did you get it for?", "How do you like it", "Was it worth it?", "How's the ride?" I was thinking DAMN, shouldn't I be asking those questions?

Only reason I was there was to buy an S2000 antenna. It looks damn spiffy on the tC now When I got back to my car, my girl told me that this guy and his gf parked next to me..and overheard the dudes gf say outloud as they walked by "Whats a Scion doing here?" ..omg that made my day

On my way out of there, the sales guys were still staring. Not that its a big thing, but you gotta love it
