Toyota's pure pricing can't be negotiated. However, dealer installed option can be negotiated along with dealer fees and other hidden fees. I purchased a 2006 Scion tC w/ Toyoguard ($610) , Mats ($145), Window Tint ($145), & Sub Upgrade ($449) and I got a check back from the dealer in the amount of $245.00. All in short, I walked out the door paying on $19,996 and thats with tag/tax/and all other fees. Literally, I got the Toyoguard for free, Window Tint for Free, and the Floor mats for Free. There is always wiggle room for negotiation or pricing with the dealers. I know I got my $900+ dollars worth of free options.
